We are currently accepting new patients and most major medical insurances. Unfortunately, at this time we are NOT able to accept new patients with TriWest/Tricare, Medicare, or Medicaid. This may change in the future depending on patient flow. Please call to find out if our office takes your insurance at (360) 455-4500. Due to the length of time new patient appointments require, you can expect about a two week wait between when you call and when will be able to see you. This wait-period may increase or decrease depending on the time of the year and the patient demand for appointments. We may also be able to put you on a call list should any cancellations occur.

When you call you can expect us to ask you a few questions in order to expedite the establishing care process. These questions may include:

- What medical Insurance you currently have                                                 - Your contact information: name, phone number, address                                - Personal information: Date of Birth, SSN or your sponsor's SSN (if needed for insurance verification)                                                                                - We may also ask you for any relevant medical information that you would like to discuss at your first visit, including any medications you are currently taking.

We respect your right to privacy. Please understand that we only ask questions that are relevant to scheduling. All of our staff are committed to keeping your information confidential as required by HIPAA. We want our patients to have a positive experience in our office. In order to do this we need to know what your medical needs are so that we are able to schedule your appointment for the appropriate amount of time.

Upon scheduling your first appointment we will mail you a new patient welcome packet which will include all paperwork and information you will need to establish care.
